The MOZA HMA150 stops your rig from standing still: four actuators with 150 mm of travel, 300 mm/s of speed and over 1 g of acceleration translate what you see on screen into motion. Pitch, roll and heave let you feel the weight transfer under braking, while vibrations up to 150 Hz bring the tarmac and the engine right into your seat. Latency of 8 ms, 48 V power supply, control via MOZA Motion Manager. Kit of 4 actuators: cockpit not included, for 4080, 40120 and 40160 profiles.

The MOZA HMA150 marks a new step in the evolution of the MOZA ecosystem. Motors, actuators, control electronics and software have been developed to work as a single system, turning simulation data into fast, precise and coordinated movements across the entire cockpit.

Designed and developed entirely by MOZA

High torque density servo motor
Near-zero cogging torque enables millisecond-level response and smooth, continuous, richly detailed motion.
Proprietary motion control algorithms
Vehicle dynamics are processed precisely to coordinate the four actuators and deliver realistic motion in every phase of driving.
In-house developed linear actuation system
Official presets and customisable parameters let you configure the system quickly and adapt it to different simulators.
High torque density servo motor
The high-performance servo motor and ball screw work together to ensure accurate position control and fast response.

Clean design and smart lighting

The slim structure integrates easily into aluminium profile cockpits, reducing visual clutter. The customisable RGB lighting, with 16.7 million colours, can display telemetry feedback such as ABS, traction control, flags and race events.

48 V DC low-voltage power supply

The high-performance servo motor uses a 48 V DC architecture, designed for safer and more reliable home use. The low-voltage power supply simplifies system integration without the need for bulky high-voltage industrial units.

Integrated emergency stop

The included emergency stop button lets you halt the system's motion instantly whenever needed. An essential safeguard for handling unexpected situations quickly and intuitively during use.

Integrated design and flexible mounting

The integrated control electronics reduce the footprint and simplify installation. The built-in mounting rails let you adjust the height of the actuators and adapt the system to different cockpit configurations.

3DOF motion system with 4 actuators

The four-actuator configuration reproduces three degrees of freedom: pitch, roll and heave. Braking, acceleration, weight transfer, compressions, kerbs and changes in elevation are transmitted through the entire rig.

Ultra-low latency

The actuators respond within milliseconds, keeping the cockpit's motion in sync with what is happening on screen. The result is immediate, precise feedback that is true to the vehicle's dynamics.

High dynamic performance, precisely reproduced motion

The long stroke and high-speed response make it possible to reproduce both the vehicle's large movements and its quickest changes. Jumps, landings, bumpy surfaces and kerb strikes are delivered in a precise, coordinated way.

Wide-band vibration from 0 to 200 Hz

Support for frequencies up to 200 Hz makes it possible to reproduce both the most powerful impulses and high-frequency detail, such as engine vibration, tarmac joints and changes in the road surface.

The system adapts speed and acceleration to the platform's total load, delivering high performance with both compact cockpits and heavier, fully equipped setups.

21-bit magnetic encoder and 600 MHz processor

The high-resolution magnetic encoder detects over 2 million positions, while the 600 MHz processor handles motion commands in real time. This combination improves the precision, smoothness and responsiveness of the entire system.

The aluminium alloy structure is designed to withstand high loads and repeated movement, maintaining rigidity and stability during the most intense sessions. The outer casing protects the internal components and completes the actuator's compact design.
