Designed for sim racers seeking the ultimate experience, the Ares wheelbase features a high-resolution 23-bit optical encoder and a high-precision skew-pole direct drive motor developed specifically for sim racing. Paired with a high-performance, optimised force feedback system, it delivers an unrivalled, ultra-smooth driving experience.

23-Bit Optical Encoder

The Ares series features a high-precision optical encoder, with an angular resolution below 0.01° and a resolution of 23 bits. It offers significantly greater precision and stability than the magnetic encoders commonly used on the market. Unlike magnetic systems, the optical encoder effectively eliminates errors, ensuring smoother, more precise force feedback and a markedly improved driving experience.

Advanced Force Feedback

The Ares series wheelbase features an advanced motor control system, designed to ensure optimal energy efficiency and extremely precise, responsive feedback. With a torque slew rate of up to 9.5 Nm/ms, it can capture and transmit even the finest details of the car's behaviour, delivering an extremely realistic and engaging driving experience, ideal for demanding drivers who want the very best in performance and sensitivity.

Purpose-Built for Sim Racing

Unlike the common industrial servo motors used by other manufacturers, Ares adopts an in-house designed motor structure built specifically to meet the unique demands of driving simulation. Skew-Pole Design

Thanks to a dual-axis skew-pole design, cogging is optimised, significantly reducing torque ripple, electromagnetic vibration and noise. The result is top-level NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance.
