23-Bit Optical Encoder

The Ares Series is equipped with a high-precision optical encoder, with angular resolution below 0.01° and a 23-bit resolution. It offers significantly superior accuracy and stability compared to commonly used magnetic encoders. Unlike magnetic systems, the optical encoder effectively eliminates errors, ensuring smoother, more precise force feedback and an enhanced driving experience.

Advanced Force Feedback

The Ares wheel base features an advanced motor control system designed for optimal energy efficiency and extremely precise, responsive feedback. Custom-Engineered for Sim Racing

Unlike common industrial servo motors used by other manufacturers, the Ares features an in-house designed motor structure tailored to the specific demands of sim racing. Tilted Pole Design

Thanks to a double-axis tilted pole design, cogging is significantly reduced, minimizing torque ripple, electromagnetic vibrations, and noise. The result is top-level NVH performance (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness).

CDP Quick Release

The Ares wheel base comes with the CDP QR system, a CNC-machined 7075 aluminum quick release inspired by Formula cars, featuring a ball-locking mechanism for precise torque transmission and positioning. Spring-loaded contacts ensure stability against electromagnetic interference (EMI), while the optimized geometry prevents wear.
