The Fanatec QR2 Base-Side (Type-M) is a motorsport-grade quick release system, CNC-machined from a single block of billet aluminium to ensure an extremely solid, precise connection between steering wheel and wheelbase. The conical design and low-friction nickel coating ensure fast, smooth, play-free engagement. Designed to upgrade Podium wheelbases to the QR2 system, it lets you swap steering wheels in seconds thanks to hot-swap functionality, without restarting the simulator or the wheelbase.
